Put half cup of baking soda in a bowl. Add 4 cups of warm water and cover it. Squeeze
lemon juice; sink the feet in it for 15 to 20 minutes. Let it dry entirely and
wash with water. Alternatively, you can mix baking soda in warm water and soak
the feet every night before bedtime.
2.   
Apple Cider Vinegar.

Put 6 cups warm water and 1 cup apple cider vinegar in a foot basin. Soak your
feet for 15 minutes and let them dry completely. You can wash your feet with
cold water after rising vinegar mixture. You can do this method twice per day.
3.   
Tea Bags.

In a foot basin, you pour 2 cups of boiling water with 4 black tea bags. Steep
it 8 minutes and soak the feet for 20 minutes. You can do this treatment once
per day for better result.


4.   
Sugar.

Mix half cup of alcohol, 4 cups water and 2 tablespoons sugar together. Scrub
the feet in the mixture for 8 minutes. You can do this solution 3 times each
week to get the best benefits.

armpits area and allow it to dry completely. Wash this mixture with water.
Apply this way regularly to get the best results.
2.            Honey,
Lemon, Turmeric and Yogurt Paste.
Add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon of honey, ¼
teaspoon of yogurt with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix them thoroughly to
make a smooth paste. Apply this paste onto your dark underarms properly and
leave it on for at least 15 minutes. Wash this paste with clean water and pat
this area dry to apply your moisturizer. Repeat this remedy regularly for
better results.
3.            Cucumber,
Turmeric powder and lemon juice paste.
Crush a cucumber and then squeeze them to extract the juice.
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into it. Stir
them well and apply this mixture onto your underarm area thoroughly. Keep it on
for about 15 to 25 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly with water and follow this way
2 to 4 times per week.
4.            Potato.                                                                        
Cut a potato into thin slices and rub potato slice onto your
dark underarms for 5 or 10 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly with warm water. You
can apply potato juice in underarms. 
Repeat the process daily.
5.            Coconut
Oil.


Apply 1 tablespoon of coconut oil onto your underarm skin.
Massage it gently for a few minutes. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes. Rinse
this area with a mild soap and warm water and take a bath normally. Regularize
the same remedy for better results.

Cider Vinegar.
Mix equal amount of apple cider vinegar and water. Soak your
toenail in this solution for 30 minutes every day. When done, dry your toenail
with towel. When apply this solution daily for a few weeks, you will notice

2.            Baking
Soda and Borax Powder.
Mix equal parts borax powder and baking soda with just
enough water to form a paste.  Wet feet
and gently rub the mixture onto infected nails. Wash your toenail with water
after 15 minutes. Do this twice daily and continue for at least two weeks after
fungus appears to have cleared up.
3. Tea Tree Oil.
Mix a few drops of tea tree oil in one teaspoon coconut oil.
Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected toenail. Leave it on for
10 minutes, and then use a toothbrush to gently scrub the affected nail. Do
this every day until you are happy with the outcomes.
4. Lavender Oil.


Apply a few drops of lavender oil to the infected nails
every night and let it soak in while you sleep. 
To prevent the oil from rubbing off, you can optionally cover your feet
with a pair of wool socks.  Just be sure
not to use socks made of synthetic fibers as this will only worsen the
infection.  Do this at least 2 weeks for
better results.

white in a bowl and make a paste. Gently massage this paste to your breast for
3 to 5 minutes. Wear any fitted bra that will not absorb the mask. After about
30 to 45 minutes, you can remove the bra and wash your breasts with lukewarm

hands in salt water once every day, until the color completely fades away.

There are two approaches to this technique. You can either squeeze out the
lemons and rub the juice directly on your hands, or soak your hands in water and
